The following schedule represents a typical year. The Budget Office sends out emails notifying persons when the reports are available and the due dates.
July Compile, approve and load departmental budgets for the new fiscal year September Seek BOT approval of the current fiscal year’s internal operating budget October 3 month budget reviews for Funds 02 and 04 November 4 month budget reviews for Funds 29 and 41 and 55 February 7 month budget reviews for Funds 02 and 04 April 9 month budget reviews due for Funds 29 and 41 and 55 Schedule annual budget meeting with department business managers May 10 month budget reviews due for Funds 02 and Fund 04 Budget Office meets with departmental business managers to review instructions for upcoming budget development process June Budget transfers for current FY must be submitted before month end. Seek BOT approval for next FY’s operating budget guidelines Budget development documents are due to the Budget Office Seek BOT approval for next FY’s preliminary budget authority
