The governing policy for the Board of Trustees makes the
President accountable to the Board of Trustees for the
administration and management of the university. The President
has delegated certain authority and assigned responsibilities
relating to the business functions of the university to
the Associate Vice President for Administration and Human Resources and the Associate Vice President, Operations.
These business functions include the operation and maintenance
of the Physical Plant, Holmes Student Center, Campus Parking
Services, and the Convocation Center; procurement of equipment
and supplies; the university mail service; and the fiscal
management of institutional resources including the university's
Bond Revenue projects.
