The Central Stores offers a wide variety of items
for resale to university departments. Resale items of general interest to
the university community are published in the NIU STORES CATALOG,
available for viewing on the department’s web site at http://www.finfacil.niu.edu/MaterialsMgt/index.html.
The items stocked for
resale are available to all university departments and approved
subsidiaries by internal transfer of department funds or direct billing
through the Accounts Receivable office. Items purchased must be used for
university business—purchases for personal use or resale are prohibited.
Cash, credit cards or personal checks are not accepted for purchases made
to university departments.
