MOTORIST ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Department of Public Safety provides assistance to motorists traveling NIU's Dekalb campus. Whether you have locked your keys in your car or your car's battery is dead, the Department of Public Safety is prepared to assist you.

Call the Department of Public Safety at (815) 753-1212 and we will be glad to come to your assistance. If we are unable to open your vehicle or get your car started, we will help you contact assistance from a motor club or other service provider to get you up and rolling again. The Motorist Assistance Programs is one more component of the overall plan for individual security provided by the NIU Department of Public Safety.
